The Homeo Research Laboratory (BD) Ltd. is a fast-growing, quality phyto-pharmaceutical manufacturer specializing in Homeopathic and Ayurvedic medicines.
Following the principles of the homeopathic system of medicine, the company currently manufactures more than 600 different products, including Mother Tinctures, Dilutions (Potencies), Biochemic medicines, Triturations, and Homeopathic combinations. In addition, the company produces and markets a wide range of Ayurvedic medicines, including syrups and ointments. At present, HRL employs over 200 skilled and experienced personnel, comprising renowned Hakims, physicians, chemists, pharmacists, botanists, microbiologists, technicians, as well as skilled and unskilled workers. HRL produces medicines with the objective of relieving human suffering through a harmonious blend of science and nature. The manufacturing plant is equipped with modern, high-speed, and automated machinery in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards, such as auto-encapsulation machines, automated liquid lines, tube-filling machines, and blister packing machines. An RO (Reverse Osmosis) system is used to generate purified water. GMP principles are strictly followed throughout the plant, and the company takes pride in maintaining an environment-friendly production system. As a result, consistent quality is ensured in every batch, allowing customers to receive the same high-quality products regardless of the place of purchase.The design of production rooms and air-conditioning systems ensures:

Manufacturing: Processing and packaging of Homeopathic and Ayurvedic medicines for supply to the local market. Most raw materials are imported from internationally reputed manufacturers and suppliers, while the remaining materials are sourced from approved local suppliers. Most production auxiliaries are procured from approved third parties. All plastic and printed packaging materials are supplied by HRL’s own sister concern, Ghorashal Plastic Company.
Logistics and Warehousing: Storage of raw materials and packaging materials, as well as storage and distribution of finished products, are carried out in accordance with Good Storage Practice (GSP) guidelines.
Engineering / Industrial Engineering: Ensuring health, safety, and environmental protection in line with pharmaceutical manufacturing requirements, including infrastructure and machinery maintenance and the safe disposal of pharmaceutical waste.
Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC): Quality control of raw materials, packaging materials, reagents and chemicals, manufacturing processes, plant and personnel hygiene, method and process validation, and overall pharmaceutical quality assurance.
Research and Development (R&D): Development of new formulations, process validation for scale-up production, method validation, stability studies, and shelf-life determination of pharmaceutical products. Improvement and reformulation of existing products in line with modern and advanced technologies.
Plant HR / Administration: Providing support to various plant units in human resource management, general services, logistics, and administrative activities.
